　　as the science and technology develop ,the competition of our society is based on the knowledge. the students in the modern world ought to have high –level quality , the improvement of the students is from arousing the interests of thinking .the students in the modern world must not only improve themselves , but also improve the ability e*amination .this requires teachers to train students’thinking as well as to arouse the desire to knowledge , besides widen the space of thinking which train their ability of thinking and solving the problem ,so to our teacher ,the most traditional teaching method has been left behind the times .the final aim of english class should be to enable the st

o improve the students’ personal creativity .at the same time we can control the class circumstance and make the students take an active part in practicing ,it can also give every students opportunity to think and answer the questions.
　　3、developing students thinking , with the teacher guiding procedure is an efficient way to improve their abilities of listening , speaking , reading and writing .
　　3.1 to give enough time makes sure that the students have opportunity to think about the teacher’s questions .
　　3.11 to have time to think can work out the problems e*actly.
　　in our class ,we have all kinds of students with different english result ,when the teacher asks questions, perhaps one tenth of the students in our class can easily answer them in no time even though the questions are quite hard , but the rest of the class may not answer them ,they need some time to think about them carefully , if the teacher only pays attention to these one tenth of the students , the rest of the students won’t have time to think about the questions , as time goes on , the rest of the students may have a wrong studying habit they may not think in class , they will be always thinking some of their classmates may answer the questions , they will become lazy and rela*ed in class. if so , only a few of the students in our class can learn english well , the most of them will fall far behind them . so when we’re in class, we should give enough time to let every student to think , whether they are right or wrong , we should care for them and encourage them with a smile .i’m sure if you do like this , the students will study english harder and harder than ever , they will take an active part in thinking about the questions and answering them , their ability may improve little by little , the weaker ones will become better.
　　3.1.2 time can allow every student to have an opportunity to answer the questions and let the teacher have chances to find out some more good students.
