摘要 網(wǎng)絡信息技術是推動現(xiàn)代社會發(fā)展的一個關鍵因素，對人們的生活、工作和思維方式產(chǎn)生巨大的影響。同時，網(wǎng)絡信息技術的普及，也為中國共產(chǎn)黨的工作建設以及共產(chǎn)黨的發(fā)展帶來了新的挑戰(zhàn)和機遇，拓寬了黨的建設以及發(fā)展的空間，形成了網(wǎng)絡建黨的新思路。而網(wǎng)絡信息技術建黨的新思路的提出，是對我國黨的傳統(tǒng)建設思路的延伸和對黨性的進一步傳遞，為網(wǎng)絡信息技術建黨提供了新的思路和新的方法，尤其是體現(xiàn)在傳統(tǒng)建黨工作中的方式、領域以及模式在網(wǎng)絡信息技術中所占的地位，為了共產(chǎn)黨自身的發(fā)展以及使命：帶領國家，提升國民的幸福感，提升黨在民眾中的地位以及完善黨的理論和實踐。其中，黨的建設過程中，網(wǎng)絡信息技術創(chuàng)新主要體現(xiàn)在黨組織設置的形式以及黨組織的活動方式上面，在這兩方面的基礎上，努力地探究黨建理論研究以及黨員管理培養(yǎng)，努力整合一切可以整合的資源。網(wǎng)絡信息技術的發(fā)展趨勢致使網(wǎng)絡建黨也是我黨將來發(fā)展工作的重點，在網(wǎng)絡中鞏固馬克思主義主流思潮地位，努力提升黨性在民眾中的影響力、凝聚力以及戰(zhàn)斗力。本論文主要是圍繞著網(wǎng)絡黨建的相關理論，發(fā)展面臨的問題和解決對策三個方面進行闡述。
首先，回顧相關學者對于網(wǎng)絡黨建這一名詞的內涵的解釋，根據(jù)對網(wǎng)絡建黨的基本認識，樹立網(wǎng)絡建黨的框架模式，概括出網(wǎng)絡黨建工作的思想內涵。網(wǎng)絡黨建就是根據(jù)黨的特殊性，尤其是網(wǎng)絡黨建工作的信息傳播方式方面的創(chuàng)新，覆蓋性地構建黨建的運行方式和黨的工作重心以及黨的理論研究等方面，以此拓寬黨建工作的新天地。
其次，梳理當前網(wǎng)絡黨建工作還存在的不足，主要包括對黨建工作的重要性認識不到位、黨員干部獲取信息仍然依靠文件、報紙、電視和雜志，跟不上網(wǎng)絡黨建發(fā)展的趨勢、網(wǎng)絡黨建的發(fā)展平臺不完善、網(wǎng)絡信息技術支持下的黨建運行機制缺乏有效的管理。
最后，提出加強網(wǎng)絡黨建的對策。借鑒西方政黨網(wǎng)絡黨建的有益經(jīng)驗、加強網(wǎng)絡信息技術建黨、構建完善的黨建人才管理機構、進一步加深網(wǎng)絡建黨的理論知識的傳遞和認知、完善網(wǎng)絡黨建工作_機制、建立業(yè)務考核體系。

AbstractNetwork technologies have always been deeply influencing and changing peoples work,life and thinking method. Providing the party building with modernized methods and newchannels and e*panding the space of party building development, the popularity of the Internethas prompted the emergence of the network party building. Network party building is atheoretical and practical activity that a party e*pands as well as e*tends the fields, methodsand information spreading of traditional party building through the Internet, leading the nationand society as well as increasing its vitality and vigor to fulfill the national mission. The last, it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of strengthening the partyconstruction of network. It mainly involves the following aspects: to strengthen platformconstruction of network; to deepen the network party construction theory and the theoryresource e*ploitation; to improve the operating system of the party construction of networkmechanism; to establish business assessment system.
