摘 要
　　　目的 利用合理用藥監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)（presciption automatic screening system,PASS.四川美康醫(yī)藥軟件公司）對高血壓病治療中的用藥狀況進(jìn)行監(jiān)測，分析不合理聯(lián)合用藥實(shí)例，并對不同藥物聯(lián)合用藥進(jìn)行分析，以提高高血壓病治療的合理用藥水平。
　　　方法 登陸PASS臨床藥學(xué)工作站，對高血壓病住院病人的用藥醫(yī)囑連續(xù)監(jiān)測兩個(gè)月（2008年3月1日～4月30日）。獲取聯(lián)合用藥的有問題醫(yī)囑（不合理聯(lián)合用藥）資料，經(jīng)歸納、整理，按聯(lián)合用藥存在問題的性質(zhì)（禁忌聯(lián)用、不推薦聯(lián)用、謹(jǐn)慎聯(lián)用和關(guān)注聯(lián)用）分類敘述。分析現(xiàn)在合理的聯(lián)合用藥。
　　　結(jié)果 共監(jiān)測用藥醫(yī)囑6784條，監(jiān)測出問題醫(yī)囑2317條，其中存在配伍禁忌1條；存在不同程度藥物相互作用115條：其中不推薦聯(lián)用28條，謹(jǐn)慎聯(lián)用72條，關(guān)注聯(lián)用15條。在目前常用的4類藥物（利尿劑、β受體阻斷藥、二氫吡啶類鈣拮抗藥和ACEI藥）中，并對四類的兩兩聯(lián)合進(jìn)行分析。
　　　結(jié)論 PASS系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫中將藥物相互作用的嚴(yán)重程度分為4個(gè)級(jí)別并配以相應(yīng)的顏色警示：禁忌聯(lián)用（黑色）、不推薦聯(lián)用（紅色）、謹(jǐn)

1前言
